Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MacPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

Service Description

MacPulse is a system monitoring application for macOS that provides real-time and historical analytics for CPU, memory, network, disk, thermal, battery, and GPU metrics. The application also includes fan control capabilities and desktop widgets.

License Grant

Free Trial: MacPulse offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. This grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to evaluate the application.

Personal License: Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MacPulse on your personal devices for personal or commercial purposes.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the application
  • Share your license key with others
  • Use the application for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Fan Control Disclaimer

MacPulse includes fan speed control functionality. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

  • Modifying fan speeds may affect system cooling and performance
  • Improper fan settings could potentially lead to thermal issues
  • You assume full responsibility for any fan curve configurations you create
  • We recommend using the built-in presets (Silent, Balanced, Performance) for optimal results

System Access

MacPulse requires access to system metrics and hardware information to function. The application uses official Apple APIs and frameworks (IOKit, Metal, etc.) to gather this information. You acknowledge that:

  • Some features may require administrative privileges
  • System metrics accuracy depends on macOS and hardware capabilities
  • Not all features may be available on all Mac models

Warranty Disclaimer

MacPulse is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Multimodal Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use of MacPulse.

Refund Policy

MacPulse offers a 14-day free trial to evaluate the application before purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only available in cases of technical issues that prevent the application from functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of MacPulse after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
